Strategic acquisition expands platform into Nevada, strengthening access to mobile imaging services for aging populations across the Western U.S.
SAN DIEGO, July 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- HCAP Partners, a California-based private equity firm and nationally recognized impact investor, today announced the acquisition of Community of Nevada Diagnostics, a leading provider of mobile imaging services in Nevada, by Integrated Diagnostic Services (IDS), its new imaging platform. This marks the second acquisition for IDS and a key step in building a regional network of high-performing mobile diagnostic providers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Community of Nevada Diagnostics delivers mobile X-ray, ultrasound, EKG, and echocardiogram services to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), long-term care facilities (LTCFs), and home health and hospice agencies throughout the Las Vegas and Reno markets. The company's team of licensed x-ray technologists and certified sonographers perform imaging services on-site, improving comfort, reducing costs, and enhancing outcomes by eliminating travel and long wait times. Josh Roberts and Larry Blanco, who led Community of Nevada Diagnostics, will remain involved in the business as it enters its next phase of growth under the IDS platform.
"Community of Nevada Diagnostics has built a reputation for quality care and prompt service," said Jessica Kim, Vice President at HCAP Partners. "This partnership adds meaningful scale to the IDS platform and aligns with the company's mission to improve access, affordability, and quality of care across the Western U.S."
Founded earlier this year, IDS was created to expand access to diagnostics for aging and home-based populations by building a best-in-class mobile imaging platform. With growing demand for diagnostics outside of hospital and clinic settings, IDS aims to provide a more responsive and cost-effective alternative—delivering care where patients need it most.
"This is an exciting step in the continued growth of IDS," said Kelly McCullum, CEO of Integrated Diagnostic Services. "Community of Nevada's team has built an exceptional operation in Nevada, and we're thrilled to welcome them as we expand our footprint and elevate mobile imaging services throughout the region."
"We're proud of the company we've built and the strong relationships we've formed with providers and patients alike," said Josh Roberts of Community of Nevada Diagnostics. "Joining IDS gives us the opportunity to scale our services and be part of something bigger—while continuing to deliver the same high-touch care our partners expect."
This acquisition reflects HCAP's broader healthcare impact strategy to expand access to care, improve quality of care, and reduce the cost of care. In addition, HCAP's Gainful Jobs Approach™ will be leveraged to support the workforce and establish best-in-class workplace practices, ensuring employees have access to meaningful, quality jobs as the platform scales.
"This acquisition supports our thesis around the opportunity to partner with experienced executives who are focused on providing quality, timely care to seniors," said Hope Mago, Partner at HCAP Partners. "We look forward to working with Josh, Larry, and the Community of Nevada team."
The transaction was led by Jessica Kim and Hope Mago of HCAP Partners, with support from IDS executives Kelly McCullum, Rick Navarro, Kurt Stewart, and Sepideh Forster. IDS continues to actively pursue additional acquisition opportunities to further expand its reach and impact across the Western U.S.
